Ingredients
- 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 8 Oz. Package Softened Cream Cheese
- ½ cup finely chopped jalapeno peppers
- Dash of salt
- 1 minced garlic clove (Optional)
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
Directions
- Mix cheeses together.
- Add jalepeno, salt and garlic (if desired).
- Mix until smooth.
- Chill until firm enough to shape into ball.
- Roll in pecans and chill until serving time.
- Serve with crackers.
- This recipe can be frozen for later use.
